  • All shipping within the U.S. is free shipping!

  • We aim to get your order into production within 1-3 days after it is placed. Typically, shipping time is 6-10 days.

    These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, but you will have access to order tracking to stay in the loop at every step!

    Every purchase is made to order which takes us a little longer to get your order to you. Making each product to order reduces overproduction for an overall more sustainable business model. A huge thank you to customers like you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions (even when it means waiting a few extra days)!

  • We currently only ship within the United States. In the future, we’re exploring options to ship to additional countries. All shipping within the U.S. is free shipping.

return policy

At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. As a small business where each item is made-to-order just for you, we aren’t able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations and hope to share our passion for ethical fashion decisions, such as not overbuying, with our loyal customers.

If there is ever a defect in your product or you’ve received the wrong item, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@hyooba.com within 10 days after the product has been received where we can help sort out your issue. We will always aim to make it right! Your business is very important to us.

If your item arrives and you decide it just isn’t for you, please consider donating or gifting to a loved one. Please double-check the size charts to make sure the perfect fit arrives at your door.
